Who are we? London Bridge Rooftop is a 240-capacity outdoor bar across from the Shard with top‑notch views of London, cocktails, pints and fantastic food! We love our drinks and like to have fun making them.

The Role: We are looking for part and full‑time Cocktail bartenders to join the London Bridge Rooftop team. This is a "hands‑on" role, and you will be responsible for opening & closing the bar, preparing garnishes, and serving drinks consistently to spec. In order to succeed in this role, you will need knowledge of mixed drinks, a level head, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver amazing drinks consistently at a fast pace. Most of all, a fun working environment and an outgoing team to create the best experiences for everyone!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining bar standards
  • Opening/Closing bar
  • Taking deliveries
  • Making drinks to spec
  • Making drinks in a quick & consistent manner
  • Garnish & pre batch prep

Must have at least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced bar & dispense environment.

Proven experience as a bartender in a busy fast‑paced setting.

Ability to work under pressure.

Working knowledge of spirits, mixers & garnishes.

Working knowledge of classic cocktails.

Ability to follow all good practices & sanitation procedures.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Good communication skills.
