Location: London, The Wellington Hospital, St John’s Wood.

Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (30 hours per week). Will include Days/Nights and Weekend on rota.

Salary: Circa £ FTE per annum, depending on experience.

We are seeking Registrar-level doctors with a background in Acute Medicine and a special interest or experience in Neurology or Stroke Rehabilitation Medicine to join our world-class team at The Wellington Hospital.

You’ll work alongside leading consultants and an exceptional multidisciplinary team to care for patients, offering comprehensive inpatient programmes for adults with acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, and complex medical disabilities.

While we are a Consultant Led Service, we believe in empowering our Resident Doctors, so your role could expand as much as you wish. You’ll have the chance to be involved in audits, projects and quality improvement initiatives alongside the opportunity to join a variety of internal networks.

What you will do:

  • Provide day-to-day inpatient medical management, including clerking admissions, daily ward rounds, and routine clinical reviews.
  • Support continuity of care across inpatient and outpatient pathways.
  • Collaborate closely with internationally recognised consultants, specialist therapists, and nurses.

What You’ll Bring:

  • GMC registration and licence to practise in the UK.
  • Completion of Foundation training and at least IMT-2/Core Medical Training (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in neurology, stroke medicine, or rehabilitation medicine.
  • Full MRCP.
  • A passion for teamwork and delivering exceptional patient care.
