Weβre looking for a Senior Receptionist to join our team at the prestigious HCA UK Primary Care Team in Manchester. From time to time, you may be asked to work at our Wilmslow Clinic as well, and travel for this will be paid.
As a Senior Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the Front of House within your clinic. You will provide a caring and efficient patient experience from start to finish, consistently delivering high-quality five-star customer care to both internal and external clients. You will also be involved in some administrative work alongside your reception duties.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a wonderful location as part of our friendly and supportive Primary Care team.
What you\’ll do:
- Welcome all patients, visitors, and staff to the Front of House area, providing information and handling enquiries in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
- Book appointments accurately for all types of requested appointments, whether face-to-face or follow-up.
- Register and update patient details correctly on the relevant practice management systems.
- Collaborate with GPs, Technicians, Patient Navigators, and Resource Management.
- Line manage Reception staff at your site, ensuring ongoing development, coaching, and training.
