We’re looking for a Radiotherapy Senior Radiographer to join our Radiotherapy team at London Bridge Hospital and Private Care at Guy’s. Located just moments from London Bridge Station, our service provides fast access to private radiotherapy for patients across London, the City, Kent and the Home Counties. All planning and treatment is delivered on one site, supported by advanced technology including two Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators, a dedicated GE CT scanner, Eclipse treatment planning and AlignRT surface guidance. This is a department where technical excellence, teamwork and compassionate care come together every day.
As a Radiotherapy Senior Radiographer within our rotational service, you’ll play a key role across both treatment and pre‑treatment areas, working as part of a large and highly collaborative multidisciplinary team. Your focus will be on delivering accurate, safe and patient‑centred radiotherapy using a wide range of advanced techniques including SABR, VMAT and breath‑hold treatments. Alongside your clinical practice, you’ll support the development of colleagues, contribute to service improvement and quality assurance activity, and work closely with consultants and peers to ensure every patient receives consistent, high‑quality care. This is a role that offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to build on your expertise in a well‑resourced, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, accurate radiotherapy treatments and planning scans in line with IR(ME)R, local rules and departmental protocols
- Rotate across treatment and pre‑treatment areas, contributing to a smooth and effective patient pathway
- Use advanced radiotherapy equipment and systems, including TrueBeam, CT, ARIA and Mosaiq, to support high‑quality clinical outcomes
- Support and mentor colleagues, students and new starters, helping to maintain strong clinical standards across the team
- Contribute to quality assurance, governance activity and service improvement, deputising for team leaders when required
What You’ll Bring
