Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09.00am-17.30pm plus on-calls & weekend requirements

Job Responsibilities
- As a key member of the Pharmacy team, you will contribute to the development and provision of a comprehensive, high quality, safe and efficient patient-centred pharmacy service, which consistently meets the needs of all service users within the London Bridge Hospital Campus.
- As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be a champion for medicines management across the hospital and facilitate the use of patients’ own drugs, ensuring appropriate medicines supply and clinical advice to clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
- You will provide a comprehensive and effective patient-centred clinical pharmacy service to designated wards & care locations. This position offers the opportunity to work in various clinical disciplines including orthopaedic & spinal surgery, colorectal surgery, gastroenterology, hepatic, cardiology, oncology/haematology and critical care.

What You’ll Bring
- Registered with the GPhC
- Completed or currently undertaking a post graduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent
- Experience working within a hospital pharmacy setting
