We’re looking for a Patient Access Officer to join our bank team at The Wilmslow Hospital. This is your opportunity to become a vital part of the UK’s largest private healthcare provider. As a Patient Access Officer, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome at reception. Your role will involve delivering a high standard of customer care while managing a busy front desk, handling patient check-ins, and assisting with enquiries. In addition, you will provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to support consultants and third parties, ensuring the smooth coordination of the patient journey. This is a front-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of activity while maintaining a 5-star, world-class service.

What you’ll do:

Work closely with The Patient Experience Manager and the Clinical Services Manager to ensure 5* excellence across the facility

Forming part of the Front of House team, being the first point of contact for patients, Consultants and visitors

Dealing with enquiries in person, via telephone and email.

Carrying out a variety ofadministrative tasks
