The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our dedicated on-site healthcare team, based at a corporate client location in St Paul’s, London. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality MSK physiotherapy services within a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert MSK assessment, triage, and treatment for employees.
- Deliver occupational health physiotherapy, supporting return-to-work and injury prevention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and MI statistics in line with governance standards.
- Contribute to practice meetings and collaborative care planning.
- Work closely with GPs, Nursing, and the local workforce to deliver integrated, patient-centred care.
- Manage administrative duties efficiently to ensure smooth service delivery.
About You:
- HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in MSK outpatients.
- Proven experience within corporate healthcare or a primary care/GP practice setting (desirable)
- Strong background in primary care and/or community-based physiotherapy.
- Postgraduate MSK qualification (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, approachable, and professional manner.
- Confident with IT systems and accurate record-keeping.
