What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and administer regular MDT and cross‑functional meetings, ensuring effective scheduling, attendance, and preparation.
- Prepare agendas, collate documentation, and accurately record and distribute meeting minutes and outcomes.
- Track actions, treatment or management decisions, and service progress using internal systems or spreadsheets.
- Communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders regarding changes, updates, or follow‑ups.
- Ensure timely, accurate data entry to support reporting, audits, and service performance monitoring.
