We deliver exceptional services across the Manchester area via the Christie Private Care Centre. Our private healthcare facilities in Manchester have specialist expertise in caring for patients with common to complex conditions and have dedicated treatment and support services for those diagnosed with cancer.

As part of our bank team, you’ll have first refusal ahead of agencies on a range of shifts across our network of leading private hospitals, all of which are currently rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by the CQC. It’s a fantastic chance to gain exposure to one of the UK’s leading private healthcare providers while retaining that all important flexibility. You can expect to work alongside leading consultants, expert colleagues and be recognised for the vital role you play within our team.

Opportunities within our Complementary Therapy Bank team cover a range of roles at all grades/levels including, but not limited to: Complementary Therapist and Senior Complementary Therapist.

What you’ll bring:

  • Recognised training in Reflexology/Massage/Aromatherapy (e.g. IFA, AOR)
  • Registration with CNHC is essential
  • Experience working with cancer patients

Desirable:

  • Additional training within the area of Oncology
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Participation in clinical supervision
  • Experience of collaborating in audit and/or research
  • Knowledge of cancer, its impact and management
