Our team plays a crucial role in shaping the colleague experience, building capability, and ensuring leaders have the support, insight and expertise they need to manage and develop their teams effectively.

- Coach and influence leaders to anticipate organisational challenges, build capability and drive high-performance cultures.
- Lead and support change programmes, including restructures, organisational design, TUPE, transformation and capability uplift.
- Champion the employee engagement agenda, ensuring action plans are implemented and leaders are supported to drive meaningful improvements.
- Lead succession planning, talent identification and capability development for specialist and leadership roles.
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and confident decision-making.
