We are looking for a Plumbing/Mechanical Engineer to join our Estates team based at The Princess Grace Hospital. This role is vital in ensuring a first class building maintenance service within the hospital and satellite sites, covering reactive, project and scheduled maintenance work.

What you’ll do:
- To carry out Mechanical plant PPMS e.g. AHUs, Split Units, Fan Coils, Compressors, filter replacements, controls troubleshooting, minor repairs, plumbing skills.
- Support with cross discipline PPMs as required water safety PPMs, Patient room PPM's, handyman work.
- To work on planned preventive maintenance schedules, in line with departmental goals and objectives.
- To respond to emergency maintenance and reactive maintenance as requested.
- To prioritise work requests and carry them out efficiently.
- To supervise external contractors as directed by the Chief Engineer.
- To carry out all work in adherence to Health and Safety and COSHH policies and guidelines.
- To operate a shift system or On Call as required.
- To document all work accurately.
- To assist in projects as required.
- Out hours work and overtime available and willing.
What you’ll bring:
- Qualified in relevant discipline e.g. City & Guilds or equivalent.
