We have an exciting opportunity for a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team at London Bridge Hospital, currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC. London Bridge Hospital is one of the UK’s largest private healthcare hospitals specialising in complex and acute care. Spread over three main buildings and five outpatient centres, it is home to specialist units and teams across disciplines including orthopaedic, spinal, digestive diseases, liver, hepatobiliary, renal, cardiothoracic, critical care, cancer and transplant services.

As a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist at London Bridge Hospital, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional, patient‑centred care. Working as part of a highly skilled and supportive pharmacy team, you will help drive the delivery of a safe, efficient and high‑quality clinical pharmacy service across the hospital campus, ensuring patients receive the very best pharmaceutical care at every stage of their journey. You will provide expert medicines management advice, support safe and effective prescribing practices, and contribute to optimal patient outcomes. You will promote appropriate use of medicines, facilitate use of patients' own medications where suitable, and ensure timely and effective medicines supply throughout the hospital. The rotational nature of the role offers exposure to a variety of specialist clinical areas, including orthopaedic and spinal surgery, colorectal surgery, gastroenterology, hepatology, cardiology, oncology, haematology and critical care, providing a platform for professional growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Registered with GPhC
  • Completed post graduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent
  • Post‑qualification experience working within a hospital pharmacy setting
