Applicants will need: GMC Registration and License to Practice in the UK Intensive Care Medicine training, minimum ST4 in Critical Care and Anaesthesia Experience in a level 3 Critical Care Adult Unit Ability to manage complex airways A passion for teamwork, patient care, and sharing best practices Selection process: CV review, Critical Care Log-book review, interview with the Lead Doctor, and onboarding checks, taking approximately 4 weeks.
