We’re looking for warm, confident, people‑loving Concierges to join our Bank staff and become an important part of our Front of House Team. If you’re someone who enjoys helping others feel at ease the moment they walk through the door, this role puts you right at the heart of creating exceptional first impressions.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and greet all patients, visitors and consultants with warmth and professionalism
- Help guide people to the right areas of the hospital
- Handle incoming telephone calls with confidence and care
- Provide reception cover when needed, supporting the wider team
What You’ll Bring
- Previous Concierge experience, ideally within a 5-star or high‑end service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong IT skills and confidence using IT systems
