We (3 Locks Brewery Camden) are expanding and are looking for an Assistant Brewer to join our team full time. Are you enthusiastic and passionate about craft beer and would like to start your brewing journey in the historic Camden Market or currently work at the brewery but looking for a change? 3 Locks Brewery is looking for an assistant brewer to help out with its expanding operations.

Your Role
As the assistant brewer your role will be to assist the Head Brewer in all aspects of beer production, warehousing and packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Packaging – filling kegs, cans and serving tanks
- Warehousing – organizing stock between our two sites and occasionally assisting with deliveries
- Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness of the brew site
- Performing cellaring tasks and basic QC & QA
- Assisting in wort production on our semi automatic 20hl brew kit
- Local deliveries in Camden Market
Requirements
- Passion for craft beer
- Being able to perform tasks with little to no supervision
- Physical fitness – able to stack kegs and carry 25 kg malt sacks
- Experience working in a brewery not required, but considered a plus
- IBD General Certificate of Brewing, or willingness to study and take the exam within 1 year
- Full driving license considered but not required
