We're looking for an energetic, ambitious and inspiring Pub General Manager to lead our fantastic team at The Bohemia in North Finchley.
Someone with genuine drive, enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality who can build on the success of an already established and much-loved pub. We took over The Bohemia back in 2014 and, over the years, it has become a real pillar of the local community — something we're incredibly proud of.
With our on-site brewery, London Brewing Co, regular events and a busy calendar, there's always something happening at The Bohemia, and no two days are the same. The pub seats 350 covers across the bar and garden — so there's real scale here to get your teeth into.
We've recently opened our second London site, Ye Three Lords, and have ambitions to continue growing. We have experience working with some of the UK's largest pub companies, but we've chosen to build something very different. We're focused on great hospitality, excellent service and empowering our teams, rather than layers of management and endless corporate tick-box exercises.

As General Manager, you'll bring fresh ideas and energy to a pub that's already much-loved, building on what we've established and taking it even further.
Report to the Owner/Managing Director and lead a team of up to 20 people, working closely with the Assistant Manager and Head Chef to keep everything running smoothly
Take full day-to-day ownership of the pub's operation, including its on-site brewery tie-in and busy events calendar
Drive great hospitality and service standards across the team, empowering your staff rather than leaning on heavy management or corporate process
Play an active role in shaping the pub's direction and contributing to the wider business's growth alongside our sister site, Ye Three Lords
Help maintain The Bohemia's place as a genuine pillar of the local community
A proven track record of successfully running busy pubs and/or bars.
At least two years' experience in a senior management or General Manager role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate and develop a great team.
A genuine passion for hospitality, service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Commercially aware, with an understanding of what makes a successful pub.
Someone who takes ownership, leads by example and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
A positive, energetic approach and the ambition to help us make The Bohemia even better.
Flexible and available to work the hours a busy pub needs, including evenings and weekends (average of 45 hours a week)
Pay: £45,000–£50,000 base, with an achievable 10% bonus scheme
