In this role, you will work closely with internal users and our third-party support partner to ensure Oracle system defects are resolved in a timely manner. You will support the Head of Oracle ERP in coordinating and delivering approved system change requests, manage the assignment of Oracle roles to users, and conduct regular role audits to ensure system access remains appropriate and compliant with business requirements. The post holder will also support the organisation in identifying and delivering efficiencies through the effective use of Oracle, working with services across the Council to develop and implement system enhancements that generate both financial and non-financial benefits.

Minimum of 2 years experience of supporting/maintaining a cloud based ERP/HCM System, preferably Oracle Fusion.
