London Borough of Tower Hamlets is recruiting a Systems & Compliance Manager to lead the Improvements, Systems and Transactions Service within the Finance Department. The role focuses on strengthening financial controls, governance and continuous improvement across systems.

You will oversee Unit4/Agresso, manage system controls and access, support audits and provide leadership to a specialist team, working with finance, procurement, auditors and corporate systems to deliver effective processes.
