Responsibilities
An experienced Senior Social Worker with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role within statutory social work services. You should have a robust background in court work and care proceedings, including the preparation of child permanence reports and handling Adoption work within the court system. You will be responsible for handling complex cases involving children in care and managing all stages of care proceedings. Your role includes preparing and presenting cases in court, developing comprehensive child permanence reports, and completing Adoption-related work. You will be expected to work primarily on-site in the office at least 2 days per week, with additional days as work requirements necessitate. Candidates not willing to undertake court work should not apply.
