About You:
We are seeking a Pensions Administrator to join our Communications team. Administration experience and good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Prior experience with the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) is desirable but not required; full training will be provided. The successful candidate must be self‐motivated, able to work independently, and capable of prioritising their own workload to meet strict deadlines. They will be a team player and collaborate on answering complex queries with other teams in the department. They must be able to interpret complex legislation and explain it clearly in plain English when answering member queries by email and phone, and be dedicated to continuous personal development.
