Your primary goal is to capture and feed tenant insights directly into service delivery improvement, operational decision-making, strategic planning, and our external and internal communications, ensuring alignment with the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and the housing consumer standards required to maintain our C1 top rating.
