London Borough of Sutton is seeking an experienced SEND Team Manager to lead a team of SEND Officers/Caseworkers within the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities service. You will drive the delivery of the annual Business Plan, ensuring statutory compliance and effective partnership with families, schools, health colleagues, and other partners.
You will be responsible for preparing and reporting on team performance, KPIs and related risks, ensuring high-quality assessments and EHCPs.
