The London Borough of Sutton is seeking a Project Building Surveyor to manage a mixed portfolio of capital programmes and minor/intermediate projects. You will act as intelligent client, contract administrator and employers agent, leading consultants and contractors to deliver projects on time and to budget.
You will prepare schemes, briefs, specifications, drawings and contract documents, report to Programme Boards and lead procurement (OJEU/Frameworks/open market).
