Adult Social Care as a Social Worker and receive a Welcome Bonus of £1000 paid in your first month's salary or a Retention Bonus of £1000 paid for every complete year in service (subject to pay scale within the grade). - Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England and eligibility to work in the UK.
- 2 years post qualifying experience working in adult services, assessing and supporting individuals with diverse needs and successful completion of their ASYE.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 as well as social work theories.
- Strong assessment, outcome focused care planning, and risk management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex social issues clearly to both patients and professionals.
- Ability to plan and coordinate social care plans and aspects of patient discharge.
