About The Service Area
Within the People Services Directorate (Adult Social Care, Children’s Social Care & Education), the Insights & Delivery Service area is the operational process and analytical engine room. It unites data intelligence, digital systems, business delivery, and quality assurance. Through process innovation, championing digital tools and providing learning and insights, it supports effective social care. The Digital Improvement Programme will implement changes in the core social care case management system Mosaic and support the implementation of tools such as Magic Notes and CareCubed while anticipating legislative changes.
