The Contract Officer is essential in assisting the Parking Operations Manager to ensure the service runs successfully. Key responsibilities include monitoring contract performance to maintain compliance with service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage parking challenges, representations, and appeals, while providing professional correspondence to customers.

The Kingston Parking Contract Management team oversees the comprehensive administration of the parking contract, ensuring all operations align with legislative requirements and contractual obligations. Our primary objective is to deliver optimal results for the Council while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Core responsibilities include the performance monitoring of both on-street and off-street parking enforcement, alongside various parking-related services.
