Position Summary
Contract: 8 months (end date 31 March 2027). Working hours: Full Time. Grade: G36. Salary: £38,256 - £42,060 per annum. Annual leave entitlement: 27 days.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an integrated housing service to tenants and leasehold customers, working closely with other teams, councillors and Tenants & Residents Associations to achieve and maintain sustainable tenancies in sustainable communities.
- Provide a proactive and customer focused housing management service across a designated area and ensure the Council fulfills its legal and contractual obligations to tenants and leaseholders.
- Act as a regular and visible presence on Cambridge Road Estate, taking action to keep the neighbourhood safe and well maintained, providing advice, information and reports on any housing management matter.
- Champion resident and community engagement and involvement at all times; including working with residents to develop estate improvement plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in general needs housing management.
- Experience working within an on-site role, including a presence 4 days per week and occasional work-from-home.
