As a Housing Manager, you will be required to demonstrate a holistic approach to tenancy management and take ownership of residents’ concerns, providing support and resolution in line with policy and procedure. The successful candidate will have experience of rent recovery, adult & child safeguarding, anti-social behaviour case management, supporting victims of domestic abuse, mutual exchanges and working with residents to support them in making positive lifestyle changes. You will be required to promote inclusion among tenants and help to build stronger communities.

Sutton Housing Partnership manages council housing in Sutton. We are responsible for the day‑to‑day management of housing services to around 6,000 council tenants and 1,000 leaseholders. We have a team of 17 Housing Managers who have individual patches of around 400 residents each. This is a perfect time to join our Housing Management team. Our focus is on delivering our core landlord services to ensure that we deliver these consistently well.
