The London Borough of Sutton is seeking a proactive Skills & Engagement Service Administrator to join the Step Ahead team.
You will be the first point of contact for members of the public and learners, providing excellent customer service and ensuring enquiries are directed appropriately.
You will create and maintain accurate records using College systems, work with staff across departments to keep information current, and ensure facilities are welcoming and fit for purpose.
