The London Borough of Sutton is seeking a qualified professional to lead Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments and to write EHC Plans under the Children and Families Act 2014. You will carry out statutory assessments for young people with special educational needs, write provision and placement plans, and review progress in line with the 2015 SEN Code of Practice to ensure legally compliant support.
