You will be supporting the FM Hard Services function in delivering compliant building services to all Wandsworth and Richmond Council Better Service Partnership properties. Provide a mobile first response to non‑technical planned and reactive maintenance tasks, drive between core sites to support opening and closing, assist with wedding ceremonies to ensure a positive experience, and support council meetings by setting up microphones and AV systems prior to the meeting. A positive can‑do attitude and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support the FM Hard Services function delivering compliant building services.
  • Provide mobile first response to non‑technical planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Drive between core sites to support opening and closing.
  • Assist with wedding ceremonies ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support council meetings with microphone and AV set‑up.
  • Demonstrate a positive can‑do attitude and work cooperatively as part of a team.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Experience working as a Premises Manager, Premises Officer, Workplace Technician or a similar role.
  • Experience delivering FM Building Services.
  • Ability to work with integrated FM contractors and supply chain partners.
  • Ability to identify pragmatic solutions to operational problems.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines.
