London Borough of Richmond upon Thames is seeking a dedicated SEND Reform lead to coordinate the Experts at Hand model within the SEND Local Offer. You will work across education, health and social care, engaging schools, families and partners to deliver timely access to specialist advice.
You will monitor referral pathways, organise training, and maintain up-to-date SEND content while using performance data to support service improvement and policy outcomes.
