Job Introduction

PERMANENT TTO + 2 weeks – (4 days pro rata considered) Required for SEPTEMBER 2026.

We are located in Tooting, South West London, very close to both Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec stations. We are extremely proud of our school with its fantastic location and amazing school site with strong links to our Community.

We are looking for an experienced, highly capable School Business Manager who can build upon our thriving school environment and be part of the drive to achieve the very best outcomes for our school. It is an exciting opportunity to join our team and you will work in close partnership with our Head Teacher and Senior Leadership team. You will be part of a driven and very supportive team who care about staff well-being and have a commitment to a healthy work-life balance.

You will need to:

  • Have proven experience in education or a similar field including responsibility for finance and budgets, strategic oversight of personnel, project management, ICT systems and premises management, working in partnership with the HR Manager who leads on operational HR functions.
  • Be able to think strategically, ensuring that the school maximises income to promote its aims, ethos and key priorities for improvement.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a team player who is also able to work under their own initiative.
