Objective of the Role
This role is designed to support you in developing strong administrative, organisational, and customer service skills while contributing to the effective delivery of Work Match services. Work Match, Richmond and Wandsworth Council’s jobs and skills brokerage, supports residents to access employment and training opportunities across the borough. As a Trainee Business Administrator, you will play an important role in ensuring residents receive a welcoming, efficient, and professional service.
You will work within a small team providing front‑of‑house and referral support. Your role will involve registering residents, maintaining accurate personal information, and supporting administrative tasks linked to recruitment activity.
