Salary: 24,877.44 - 25,232.76 per annum (Scale 3, Spine Point 5-6)
37.5 hours a week (7:30am to 3:30pm including 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Oak Lodge School is a secondary school for students with hearing, speech and language and communication needs with a residential provision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating the school switchboard and greeting visitors
- Managing deliveries, post, and school diaries
- Producing ID badges and supporting transport records
- Supporting parental communications, school events, and administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting safeguarding procedures
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a reception or administrative role (school experience desirable)
- Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills
- A friendly, professional manner and a flexible approach
