London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth are recruiting a Council Tax Administration Officer to help run our frontline service, administering Council Tax accounts for nearly 250,000 properties across the two councils. This fixed-term role is 36 hours per week, hybrid working from Twickenham or remote home-working.
You will perform high-volume processing, maintain records, respond to enquiries by phone, email and post, and support annual billing and service.
