The Role:
- Lead the effective contract management of Mechanical and Electrical projects across the Housing portfolio.
- Manage delivery of electrical, gas and LOLER compliance.
- Effectively manage Capital and Revenue budgets.
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular contract management meetings with our key suppliers.
- Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and within our corporate timelines.
- Understand and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The Successful Applicant should have the following skills:
- Experience of contract managing and leading a Mechanical and Electrical service.
- Knowledge of EICR, LGSR and LOLER regulations.
- Operational experience of people, contractors and projects.
- Competent with running reports for KPIs.
- Knowledge of budget planning and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
