Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist (x2) The Redbridge SEND Therapy team are successfully delivering support to children in Redbridge with EHCPS. We are looking to appoint experienced therapists with experience in supervising junior practitioners and who have worked on their specialism.
Redbridge Access and Inclusion Services provides specialist support services to a wide range of schools and educational settings. We expanded this central service in September 2021 to include a dedicated school-focused Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy service and are seeking team members to expand the team to create an innovative, sustainable service for the most vulnerable children and young people.
This well-supported role, equivalent to Band 7 on the NHS Agenda for Pay grade, will provide clinical and managerial leadership that inspires, motivates and empowers Therapists in the delivery of excellent service experience for those who live and work with children and young people with special or additional needs.
In addition to supervising and developing the staff reporting to you, you will work with MDT colleagues to further develop services and pathways, keeping the team at the forefront of the latest developments and advancements in therapies provision.
