Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Community Protection Task Force and work alongside the new Renters Rights Action Team. The postholder will work across enforcement teams focusing on anti‑social tenants and nuisance properties that cause problems and issues for residents and communities.
Responsibilities
Work across enforcement teams focusing on anti‑social tenants and nuisance properties that cause problems and issues for residents and communities. This is a front‑facing role that will be dealing with casework and using the working knowledge and expertise to tackle anti‑social behaviour, coordinate resources and contribute to joint operations and inspections.
This is a non‑shift role but the successful candidate will be expected to work some weekends and out of hours.
