We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Integration Officer to play a pivotal role in supporting our Employment Programmes across our vibrant network of nine boroughs. With new and exciting initiatives underway, this is your chance to support more residents on their journey toward meaningful employment.

About the Role

As an Integration Officer, you will be instrumental in fostering collaboration between employment and skills providers, local authorities, Integrated Care Boards and community organisations. Your work will focus on strengthening networks, identifying areas for improvement, and creating strategies that support residents in securing sustainable employment., * Engage with stakeholders, including employment and skills providers, local authorities, Integrated Care Boards and community organisations.

  • Build and nurture networks and partnerships within the community.

  • Identify gaps in employment provision across the subregion and develop strategies to address them.

  • Assess training needs for frontline staff and source relevant opportunities for development

  • Establish effective referral pathways

  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • A good understanding of employment and skills networks.
