This is a great opportunity for an outstanding and experienced HR Manager. We are looking for a confident, experienced manager who understands that their role is pivotal in enabling us, as a school, to continue offering our young people the very best education by setting and maintaining the highest standards.
You will play a crucial role alongside your team in helping us to retain our ambitious dynamic, highly skilled teachers and associate staff through a comprehensive recruitment and interviewing programme, supporting possible candidates to ensure they are keen to work in our school as first impressions count; but also ensuring the school’s safeguarding and safer recruitment policies are adhered to throughout.
The role is always one of support and wellbeing but also ensuring equity through adherence to our policies and procedures and building relationships with our staff, advising the school when action is needed through effective communication and training.
