Do you want to help shape and be part of the development of Redbridge helping communities within the council to help shape finance? Redbridge is an ambitious, diverse, and exciting east-London borough with fantastic facilities for our residents. We have developed innovative ways to build our communities and transform our Council. This is an exciting time for the London Borough of Redbridge; we are at the heart of regeneration/supporting residents/change in East London.
Our Finance Apprentice role offers you the chance to start your career in Redbridge and be involved in shaping finance that impacts on the local community. As part of the finance apprentice, you will be supported to undertake and achieve an AAT accredited qualification. The apprenticeship will be fully funded by the council, and you will be given time off for study as required for the duration of the apprenticeship which is typically two years depending on any previous qualifications achieved.
Once you complete your apprenticeship and AAT studies there is the potential to move through the career progression levels within the team and continue your career with us. You will also need to demonstrate an awareness or interest in finance, and an ability to be a team player. Above all, you will show a passion for the work we are doing and the drive to achieve great results with a willingness to learn.
