An exciting leadership opportunity at an expanding special school in Redbridge. Hatton Special School is seeking an inspiring Deputy Headteacher to lead one of our sites during a significant period of growth. With our new upper-school building opening in September 2026, this is a rare chance to help shape a new provision.
Our vision is “lighting the fire of curiosity and enquiry in the mind of every pupil.” We serve 199 pupils, most with a diagnosis of autism, supported by a dedicated team of around 170 colleagues. The school is expanding to 250 pupils, offering the opportunity to help establish our new upper-school from the ground up.
