The London Borough of Newham is seeking a School Nurse (Band 5) to be based in schools, alternative provisions, youth zones and community spaces across the borough. You will join a multidisciplinary school health team addressing health needs of children, young people and families in line with the Healthy Child Programme (5–19 years).
You will work to reduce ACEs and health inequalities, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while promoting accessibility via RiO and ChatHealth.
