Role Overview
Lead the Newham Integrated Community Enforcement (NICE) Team, the analytical engine behind Newham’s NICE enforcement model. The role drives an intelligence‑led approach to community safety, improving collaboration across enforcement, community safety services and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve collaboration and coordination across council enforcement and community safety services.
- Use data, insight and intelligence to drive operational and strategic decision‑making.
- Provide analytical support to the statutory Newham Safety Partnership.
- Lead or support community safety projects and initiatives.
- Manage and develop the NICE Team, ensuring a high‑performance culture.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience managing a team effectively.
- Clear understanding of how data, intelligence and technology support community safety objectives.
- Fundamental qualifications, experience and certifications required for the role.
