You are a qualified teacher (DTLLS / PGCE / Cert Ed / Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training or equivalent) with substantial experience in school‑based support roles, and you are confident teaching adult learners.
You will have a strong understanding of the Teaching Assistant role, including safeguarding, SEND, behaviour management and classroom support. You are an inspiring practitioner with a strong commitment to learner success, bringing professional credibility and leadership experience to support high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment.
You will demonstrate experience of leading teams, embedding digital learning, promoting inclusive practice, and championing safeguarding, equality and diversity. You will also have a strong understanding of the Education Inspection Framework, internal quality assurance processes, compliance requirements, and awarding body standards.
You will carry out work placement assessments alongside teaching, marking and feedback.
