As Product Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Housing systems and data agenda. You will lead the development of a product‑led approach across core Housing services, ensuring systems are aligned to business needs and deliver measurable outcomes for residents.

You will be responsible for defining product vision, priorities and roadmaps across a complex application landscape, working closely with senior stakeholders across Housing, DDaT and suppliers. You will lead multidisciplinary delivery, ensuring that systems, data and processes are designed and implemented in a coherent and sustainable way.

This role will involve overseeing solution design and delivery across key programmes, including system implementation, integration and data improvement initiatives. You will ensure that delivery is well governed, risks are managed effectively, and solutions meet regulatory and operational requirements.

You will also lead and develop a team of BSMI professionals, supporting them to deliver high‑quality services and build capability across systems, data and digital skills.

  • Experienced leader with a track record in managing complex systems or digital products within a public sector or similar regulated environment
  • Strong skills in product or system delivery across multiple stakeholders and service areas
  • Confidence translating business needs into system, data and process solutions
  • Understanding of data quality, governance and regulatory compliance
  • Experience working with suppliers and managing delivery through structured governance
  • Strong relationship‑building and influence at senior levels
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop teams, drive delivery and foster continuous improvement
  • Motivated by improving resident outcomes through better use of systems and data

You will be an experienced leader with a strong track record in managing complex systems or digital products within a public sector or similarly regulated environment.
