Deliver a health visiting service to all children and their families based on the refreshed national health visiting model and the Healthy Child Programme 0‑5 (HCP).
Develop, implement and evaluate health promotion and public health programmes in line with local and national directives.
Prepare and participate in child protection conferences, team meetings around the family, Neighbourhood Acting meetings, court attendances and multi‑agency planning meetings as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered Nurse Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification
- Current NMC registration
- Registered Nurse prescriber
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Strong assessment, team leadership, risk and performance planning in an outcomes‑focused manner
- Ability to share learning and collaborate with practitioners and multi‑agency partners
- IT literacy (clinical systems, word processing, email, internet)
