This post plays a pivotal role in responding to local and national priorities across Early Years provision, including workforce development, inclusive practice, and improving outcomes for young children. The Course Leader will lead programmes from Entry Level through to Levels 1, 2 and 3, ensuring a high-quality and responsive curriculum in areas such as child development, safeguarding, behaviour support, SEND, curriculum planning, and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Early Years provision is a strategic growth area for the service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape innovative, high-quality programmes that support residents into meaningful careers while helping to address skills shortages in nurseries, pre-schools and other Early Years settings across the borough and beyond.
