London Borough of Newham's Children’s Health 0–19 Service is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to help deliver high-quality care across the borough.

You’ll work with Health Visitors, School Nurses, Registered Nurses, Nursery Nurses and other professionals to assess health needs and support service delivery in community settings.

The role is hybrid and involves coordinating the CHIS Team, assisting in data handling and accompanying team members in health centres, GP practices and schools.
